Thank you for visiting the website of the newest massage therapy practice in Dunnellon.

My name is Pamela Paul and I own and operate River Run Wellness Center located just 2 blocks from the beautiful Rainbow River.  My goal is to bring in practitioners of various allied healthcare modalities in order to offer the people of Dunnellon and the surrounding areas the finest in alternative and complementary treatments.

I have been in the bodywork field since April, 1995. I graduated from the Humanities Center, School of Massage Therapy in Pinellas Park, FL, now known as Cortiva Institute.  In 1997 I moved to the Piedmont of North Carolina with my young son. I worked as a full-time therapist there until I returned to Florida just this past August. I am licensed in both states and have been a member of ABMP for 12 years.

My expertise lies in the realm of pain relief, yet I am quite adept at relaxation massages as well. I became a certified Neuromuscular Therapist through Judith Walker DeLaney's NMT Center, in early 1997. That training has equipped me with the skills necessary to find the trigger points and /or trouble spots that are creating or intensifying pain. 

Over the years I have taken various courses that have greatly enhanced my treatment protocol. I have completed Craniosacral Therapy I and II (Upledger Institute), Lymph Drainage Therapy I and II (Bruno Chikly) and repeated several NMT courses.
